As the founder of Goal Getter LLC, Laura Radu brings a clear, human, and practical approach to leadership development. Her work is grounded in real experience, deep expertise, and a genuine commitment to helping people grow with confidence and purpose.

Leadership Development Consultant, Executive Coach, and Founder of Goal Getter LLC, with more than 18 years of experience developing leaders and driving behavioural transformation across the UAE and GCC. She has delivered leadership programs to over 10,000 professionals, designed more than 50 learning solutions, and partnered with leading organizations across aviation, hospitality, government, and corporate sectors.

Certified by Etihad Aviation Training Academy, the NeuroLeadership Institute, the International Coaching Federation, and FranklinCovey, she blends neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and evidence-based behaviour change to create high-impact learning experiences.

Known for her engaging facilitation style and human-centered approach, she creates psychologically safe environments that inspire mindset shifts, elevate team performance, and deliver measurable behaviour change and business results.

With more than twenty years of international experience, Faaizah is a certified leadership coach known for creating clarity, confidence, and meaningful personal insight. She has led development work across North America, the Gulf, and East Africa, helping leaders and teams strengthen collaboration, resilience, and self-leadership. Her approach blends deep business experience with a strong understanding of human behaviour, offering individuals the space to grow with purpose and authenticity.

CRISTINA DARIE

SENIOR FACILITATOR AND INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER

Cristina is an energetic facilitator with over a decade of experience delivering leadership, communication, and team-building workshops across the aviation industry in the GCC. She specializes in designing interactive, learner-centered training that helps teams work together effectively, manage pressure, and communicate with confidence. Known for her engaging style and strong facilitation presence, Cristina brings clarity, connection, and practical skill-building to every session.

SENIOR LEADERSHIP AND TALENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Evan brings more than twenty-five years of global experience in leadership and talent development, working across the US, Canada, South America, and the GCC. He has supported leaders at every level, helping them strengthen their capability and personal effectiveness through practical learning and tailored development experiences. With a strong background in high-level roles across the region, Evan is valued for his steady presence, depth of knowledge, and commitment to long-term growth.

CENK TASANYUREK

SENIOR TALENT STRATEGIST AND L&D LEADER

Cenk is a strategic talent-management and L&D leader with more than 15 years of experience designing enterprise-wide people solutions across the GCC. He has led major initiatives in workforce planning, succession mapping, performance systems, and leadership academies for over 100 public- and private-sector organisations. Known for his evidence-based approach and deep expertise in psychometrics and data-driven development, Cenk helps organisations strengthen capability, build high-performing cultures, and achieve measurable results.
